[15a-E206-8] Effect of elemental substitution on thermal stability and thermoelectric properties of Chimney-ladder phase FeGeγ

Chimney-ladder phase FeGeγ, which has incommensurate Fe and Ge sublattices, exhibits high ZT value of 0.57 at about 600 K. However, it decomposes above 853 K. Here we will report an effect of elemental substitution for the transition metal site on thermal stability, crystal structure, and thermoelectric properties.
