[15a-P6-6] Surface Structure Analysis of Cleaved ScAlMgO₄ (0001) by using X-ray CTR Scattering

Identification of the topmost layer and surface atomic structure of the cleaved ScAlMgO₄ (0001) was investigated by X-ray crystal truncation rod (CTR) scattering method. It was confirmed that SCAM is cleaved between the two Al_0.5Mg_0.5O layers.
