Keywords:organic semiconductor, phthalocyanine, single-crystalline thin film

Single-crystalline thin film growth based on solution-mediated polymorphic transformation has been carried out for a phthalocyanine derivative, and the electrical properties of the single-crystalline thin film have been studied. The domain size of the thin film was different depending on the temperature in the solvent vapor treatment, and the optimal crystal growth temperature range was clarified. The bottom-gate-bottom-contact organic field-effect transistor with the single-crystalline thin film as an active semiconducting layer was fabricated, and the carrier mobility in the single-crystalline thin film was discussed.
