[15p-303-14] Growth of the halide perovskite and a control of crystal orientation in the combinatorial IR laser MBE

CH3NH3PbI3 thin films were grown by the combinatorial IR laser MBE system on two different substrates: A TiO2-coated ITO glass substrate, which is generally used for solar cell devices, and a silicon (001) substrate which can be important in respect of the tandem solar cell. We will demonstrate that a selection of the substrate is an important factor to control an orientation of the perovskite film. A growth of the perovskite crystal in the MBE process is also discussed.
