We have been developing Adiabatic Quantum Flux Parametron(AQFP) as an ultra-low power logic with zero static power dissipation. The For high integration and high operating frequency AQFP curcuits, power divider is nevessary for delivering the AC power evenly. We have designed an 8-way Wilkinson power divider with low loss and good isolation characteristics which is suitable for AQFP curcuits. The simulation results show that AC power is divided evenly by our power divider.
