△ [15p-317-9] Electronic structures of NdFeAs(O,F) thin films viewed from transport properties

The 1111 type iron based superconductors have attracted much attention because of their high transition temperatures. Nevertheless, due to difficulties to make high quality single crystals, their electronic structures are not fully understood comparing to the 122 systems. We grew single crystal thin films of F doped NdFeAsO by the molecular beam epitaxy. The electronic structures of these films viewed from transport properties will be presented.
