[15p-413-5] Microscopic Optical Coherence Tomography for Spectroscopic Analysis

Toshiaki Iwai1 (1.Tokyo Univ. of Agri. & Tech. BASE)

Keywords:optical coherence tomography, microscopic spectroscopy

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has become widespread as a standard technology in ophthalmological clinical medicine. Considering that the next generation of the OCT technology will be spectroscopic analysis, we have developed the visual-LED and near-infrared OCT systems for imaging pigment and water distributed in the biological tissues, respectively. In this report, we will present our research activities about the spectroscopic OCT systems.
