[15p-422-15] Measurement of phase control characteristic of feedback light for asymmetric lasing of micro-ring laser

我々は半導体マイクロリングレーザを用いて全光信号二値論理デバイスの実証を目指している．そのためにループミラーを用いた非対称方向性発振マイクロリングレーザを製作した．その結果CW方向とCCW方向で7dBの光出力比を得られ，また帰還光の位相制御の必要性が示された．そこで新たに小さい位相変化でも測定できるMZ干渉計を用いた位相シフト測定系を考案し，注入電流に対する位相変化の測定を行ったので報告する．
