Linear control of graphene mechanical resonance by optical standing wave has been reported, but nonlinear control expected to be applied development such as parametric oscillation and frequency conversion has not been studied very much. Although phenomena peculiar to nonlinear oscillations such as jumping phenomena and hysteresis phenomenon have been confirmed, a clear evaluation method of nonlinearity has not been devised. In this study, we propose a quantitative nonlinearity evaluation method and investigated the effect of optical standing wave on nonlinear oscillation of graphene mechanical resonance.
