Photonic N00N state is a kind of entangled Fock states of two different photonic modes, which can be used for light source in phase-supersensitive measurements, as shown by the entanglement-enhanced microscope [T. Ono et al., Nat. Commn. 4, 2426 (2013)]. In the previous JSAP meeting, we proposed a generation method of two-photon N00N state with N=2 in quantum dot-coupled nanocavity systems. Here we extend the method and show a recipe to generate N00N state with N>2.
