[15p-F201-2] Surface treatment effect on CZTSe solar cells

We report on an improvement of Voc loss, which is a critical issue, by surface treatments. The surface treatments, environmental annealing, sulfur plasma treatment, and oxygen plasma treatment were conducted after growth and thermal treatments of Cu2ZnSnSe4 thin films. The effects were evaluated by time-resolved photoluminescence and solar cell properties. As a result, the time constant which originates from surface recombination and Voc were found to improve by the oxygen plasma treatments.
