[15p-F206-14] Microscopic thermal conductivity analysis of two-dimensional FexTiS2 single crystals

We have investigated thermal conductivity of two-dimensional FexTiS2 single crystals. The out-of-plane thermal conductivity of the FexTiS2 was characterized by using time-domain thermoreflectance (TD-TR). TD-TR analysis reveals that the thermal conductivity of Fe0.05TiS2 is lower than that of pristine TiS2. On the other hand, the Fe intercalation into TiS2 leads to increase in thermal conductivity as the Fe content x increases for x = 0.10 and 0.20.
