[15p-P1-5] Investigation of THz wave detection using non-linear optical effect with CW laser.

We constructed an experimental system of THz wave detection using frequency up-conversion pumped by low power CW laser without optical amplifier.
We succesfully obtained a power balance change of the dual wavelength pump waves by THz wave out-coupling using Si prism coupler under CWLD pumping.
THz wave detection by irradiating THz wave to the waveguided structure shold be achieved under CW laser pumping.
