The Pt nanoparticles on the Ar-ion-irradiated glassy carbon (GC) substrates were investigated by the X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) measurement. We will report the influence of the Ar-ion-irradiated GC substrates on the structure of Pt nanoparticles.
