[15p-P16-4] Investigation of photoluminescence from Cu2ZnSnS4 depending on growth temperature

Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS) is a suitable semiconductor for an absorbing layer of solar cells. However, the solar cells using CZTS as the absorbing layer still have low power generation efficiency. Defects inside in the semiconductor are considered as origins of the low efficiency. In this study, photoluminescence(PL) of CZTS with different growth temperature was observed to clarify the relationship between defects and growth temperature of CZTS prepared by solid phase growth method.
