Although the performance of colloidal quantum dot-based solar cells has been improving, most of the solar cells use colloidal quantum dots including Pb. Therefore the development of colloidal quantum dot-based solar cells with Pb-free nanoparticles is required. Here we construct solar cells by using AgBiS2 nanoparticles and ZnO nanowires, and study their solar cell performance.
