Keywords:perovskite solar cells, oxide semiconductor, trap state

The perovskite solar cells recently have been gathering the large attention due to its high efficiency, ~22%, and ease of device fabrications. The perovskite crystalline films/ metal oxide semiconductor scaffold interface is one of key factors to determine the overall device properties and long-term stability of devices. We therefore study the effect of the perovskite/titania scaffold interface by applying the single crystalline titania substrates with exposing different crystalline facets. We thus reveals the effects of the construction of the interface on the adhesion of perovskite films and trap state density of oxide scaffold based on the surface chemical and photo-acoustic spectroscopic analyses.
