[16a-313-11] Evaluation of Plasma Activated Water using Yeast Fungus
Keywords:Atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma, Plasma Activated Water, bactericidal effects
In recent years, sterilization treatment of pathogens using atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma has been studied in the field of agriculture. However, in order to sterilize a large amount of agricultural crops, it is necessary to supply plasma activated species in a large area and continuously. In this study, we focused on plasma activated water, which enables spraying / dipping treatment. As a result of evaluating its bactericidal effects and maintaining effect time using yeast fungus, correlation was found between the bactericidal effects and the concentration of the reaction products in the plasma active water.
