Surface resistance (Rs) of YBCO thin film irradiated with Si, Mo and In ions was measured in a non-magnetic field and in a magnetic field. As a result, in the low temperature region of 40 K or less, Rs of the ion irradiated YBCO thin film is smaller, but when the temperature is higher than 60 K, the Rs of un-irradiated film is smaller. The dependence of Rs on the magnetic field measured at 20 K showed that the un-irradiated YBCO thin film was the largest magnetic field dependence and decreased in the order of In, Mo and Si. Since the magnetic field dependence of Rs depends on the pinning force, we are studying it now.
