Keywords:superconductivity, bulk

Magnetic levitation tools using superconducting bulk have been devised in order to deal with complicated machining of automobiles and aircraft parts. This magnetic levitation tool uses the pinning effect of a superconductor to machine. In magnetic levitaion tool, magnet levitates above superconducting bulk and rotates magnet following the superconductor. In this research, it is evaluated the attractive force, repulsive force, rotational torque of magnetic levitation tool.
