Pentacene is known as a representative organic semiconductor, which has very high device performances. The film structure of pentacene is thus investigated widely, particularly by using XRD. However, IR spectroscopic studies of pentacene films are very limited. In the present study, the film structure of pentacene in terms of the film thickness is studied by using the IR pMAIRS technique.
