X-ray fluorescence holography is a powerful technique to observe three dimensional local structure around dopants in doped compounds. Observation of such three dimensional local structure could contribute to macroscopic emergence of novel properties and functionalities and new materials design. In this talk, we introduce various observation results of thin films such as room temperature ferromagnetic oxide semiconductor Co-doped TiO₂.
