In the field of spintronics, one of the most exciting phenomena is laser-induced magnetization reversal. It is necessary to perform time-resolved XMCD measurements to understand the spin dynamics of each constituent element. We developed time-resolved x-ray magnetic circular dichroism systems for observing this phenomenon. We will show the status of time- and space- resolved measurements to try to reveal the mechanism of laser-induced magnetization reversal.
