Receptor proteins on cell membranes are involved in important cell processes such as differentiation and metabolism of cells, and analysis of their expression state is important. The goal of this study is to develop a technology to comprehensively analyze the receptor protein expressed on a single cell. We developed a microfluidic device that captures cells by centrifugal rotation. We constructed a system that repeatedly analyzes the expressed receptor of single cell using receptor analysis with fluorescence-labeled antibodies and photo bleaching.
