[16a-E204-1] Improvement of a Thermal Link of a Dielectric Microcalorimeter
Keywords:microcalorimeter, quantum ferroelectrics
Quantum paraelectrics have high constant permittivity at the temperature below 10 K. Some quantum paraelectrics transit to quantum ferroelectrics, whose permittivity has temperature dependance at cryogenic temperature region by doping.
Our group had demonstrated operation of microcalorimeters using quantum ferroelectrics by detection of alpha rays. In this presentation, we report on improvement of a thermal link of dielectric a microcalorimeters for higher performance.
