CIGS-based solar cells have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for high-efficiency and low-cost solar cells. However, there are few publications on the degradation mechanism of CIGS devices, and this issue is very important for practical application. In this study, we investigate the degradation mechanism of CIGS solar cells under dry heating with light irradiation.
