[16a-F205-1] Optical response of La_1.85Sr_0.15CuO₄ nanostrip

We fabricate La_1.85Sr_0.15CuO₄ nanostrip with the dimension of 10nm x 5nm x 10micro and it response. The I-V characteristics shows sharp voltage jump at I_c and the hysterisis behavior. The nanostrip exhibits photoresponse signals when illuminated by the laser with the bias current.
