心臓の拍動は、心筋細胞などをパルス状の活動電位が伝播することで起こるが、近年、心筋細胞の動き自体も拍動の安定化に寄与することがわかった。そこで、シャーレ状で拍動する心筋細胞の集合体にプローブで機械的刺激を与え、その影響を実体像やCa²⁺イメージングにより観測した。本発表では作製した装置と、周期的なプローブ刺激と自律拍動との相関を中心に議論する。
