Statistical analysis which measurement of bio-molecular interaction by using AFM is difficult. Because the experimental operation is complicated. Therefore, we proposed a bio-molecular interaction measurement method to measure binding force easily using centrifugal force. In this paper, we report an antibody immobilized substrate for use in the high throughput bio-molecular interaction measurement method and report on its binding activity.
