Since the organic TFT can be developed as a flexible device by applying the printing manufacturing process, it is expected to be applied to the IoT device. Although the printing manufacturing method is a simple manufacturing method, there are many problems to prepare a device with enough high reliability for practical use. In this talk, the relationship between the device structure control factor and the function control factor for TFT high performance, and productivity of manufacturing will be discussed.
