More than 10 years have passed since printed electronic technologies have been regarded as a promising candidate for next generation manufacturing process. In order to commercialized flexible electronic paper, authors have been developing organic TFTs by using printing techniques. Potential of printed TFT for electronic paper and remaining issues will be discussed.
