For two dimensional Raman imaging, acquisition speed of spectra is one of the important factors. In this study, we developed a fast spectrometer that constructed from a long, dispersive optical fiber to temporally broaden optical pulses to be measured. In single-beam coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy which we previously developed, spectral interference is used to enhance resonant Raman signals. By applying a single mode fiber for the dispersive fiber, we successfully observed interference spectra.
