An immunological test is a method of measuring the amount of pathogens and cancer cells and measuring them, and is used for medical diagnosis such as blood tests.
In this research, we are developing a liquid phase immunoassay method which does not require a washing step for B / F separation using magnetic marker and SQUID magnetic sensor. Previous studies have conducted detection experiments using biotin as biomaterial.
In this study, we conducted a detection experiment in the liquid phase using CRP (C reactive protein) as a biological substance closer to application.
