Keywords:phase measurement, ultrafast waveform

We aim to realize single-shot ultrafast waveform measurement system with time-resolution in femto-second and time-scale of 40 picosecond by controlling and measuring both the amplitude and phase of light. However, the ratio between time-resolution and time-scale is limited to about 32. Therefore, we proved that 5 ps time-scale can be extended to 40 ps by measuring the amplitude and phase spectra with a sampling mode space of 25 GHz intervals between 200 GHz comb mode interval and also realized a pseudo 25 GHz single-shot with a 1GHz digitizer. Thus, we demonstrated the picosecond time-scale expansion with single-shot optical waveform measurement by the proposed method.
