我々のグループでは、チャープした光コムのスペクトル干渉を用いた瞬時3次元計測手法の開発を行ってきた。本研究では、物体表面の反射光を計測することで物体の形状を読み取るこの手法を応用し、物体内部からの反射光を利用して内部構造を計測する瞬時3次元断層計測法の開発を行った。実験ではカバーガラスとスライドガラスを用いて内部の層構造を計測し、各層のプロファイルをサブマイクロの不確かさで取得した。
