[16p-B6-3] Investigation of reduction process of graphene oxide by in-situ electrical conductivity measurement

We investigated reduction process of graphene oxide on SiO2 / Si substrate by heating treatment in methane using in-situ electrical conductivity measurement. Drastic changes of the current were observed by heating at 450℃ and 500℃ in methane gas (8 to 9 Pa). FET mobilities at RT increased as well. In addition, Raman spectra indicated progress of graphitization compared with annealing in vacuum.
