[16p-B6-4] Synthesis of Bilayer Graphene with Various Stacking Order from Graphene Oxide via Plasma

It is beneficial to synthesize bilayer graphene with various stacking order on a dielectric substrate for both elucidation of bilayer graphene's basic property and many kinds of applications. We tried to synthesize bilayer graphene via plasma reduction from graphene oxide. First, we synthesized monolayer graphene and then we deposited GO on it. After that, we treated GO/graphene via plasma again.
