極微細構造における熱伝導には。フォノン輸送に対する弾道性や波動性が大きな影響を及ぼすと考えられる。フォノン輸送の弾道性や波動性を考慮可能な非平衡グリーン関数(NEGF) 法を用いたフォノン輸送解析の結果については報告されている。本研究では、フォノン輸送プログラムと電子輸送プログラムとを結合させて，1 次元ナノ構造の熱電特性解析を行なった。
