[16p-F206-7] Atomic force microscopic observation of laser damaged corneocyte

In this study, we nanoscopically explored the corneocyte, which was damaged by CW laser illumination. We observed the surface of corneocyte by atomic force microscopy. The laser illumination of 1, 3, and 5 min made holes at laser focus spot. Those sizes increased from 1 to 4 μm by increasing the illumination period.
