[16p-P1-8] Signal Enhancements in Femtosecomd Laser-induced X-ray and Ultrasound from Aqueous Solutions under Double Pulse Excitation

Signal enhancements in femtosecomd laser (40 fs, 800 nm, 1 kHz) -induced hard X-ray and ultrasound (10 MHz) from distilled water and gold nanosphere-colloidal solution in air under double pulse excitation conditions will be reported. Experimental results with time delay between a pre-pulse and a main pulse from -170 ps to 15 ns show that signal enhancement ration varies as the delay time changes. Pre-pulse irradition may cause plasma formation and dynamical surface morphological changes. We will discuss the signal enhacement mechanism from such viewpoints.
