[16p-P11-14] Adaptive control for two-photon excited fluorescence and photobleaching with a two-dimensional SLM

We demonstrate reduction of photobleaching in twophoton excited fluorescence by optimizing the spectral phase and amplitude of excitation laser pulse. A two-dimensional reflective spatial light modulator was used for the spectral modulation.
