In order to realize highly sensitive, wide measurable and compact SPR sensor, we adapted the combination of Kretschmann-structure and waveguide-type; the former for high sensitivity and the later for compact size and remote sensing. In this report, we studied the performances for incident lights at 1500nm and 1600nm being available for optical communication systems and fabricated devices.
