[16p-P13-7] Fabrication of active plasmon devices on fiber facet

Properties of plasmonic devices are determined by the structure. Controlable structures can expand the application of plasmonic devices. In this presentation, we proposed the active plasmonic devices on optical fiber facet. We designed the structures using Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method and demonstrated the device fabrication by Focused Ion Beam (FIB) milling and BHF wet etching.
