So far, various temperature sensors using optical fiber has been proposed. We have been studying a high resolution temperature sensor by applying the method for accurately measuring a long optical fiber length. In the last report, the sensitivity of 6.5 cm/ºC and the temperature resolution of ~10^-4 ºC was obtained using a 1-km single-mode optical fiber. This report describes temperature calibration for optcal fiber temperature sensor.
