Vinylidene fluoride (VDF)/Trifluoroethylene (TrFE) copolymer easily enhances crystallinity and ferroelectricity by thermal annealing at a temperature range higher than the Curie temperature and below the melting temperature. Although VDF(75)/TrFE(25) has relatively high crystallinity and fine ferroelectricity, this has narrow width of temperature range of Curie temperature (=120℃) and melting temperature (=150℃). VDF(75)/TrFE(25) has trouble with controlling its crystallinity. So in this study, we fabricated thin films using VDF(54)/TrFE(46) with low Curie temperature (=65℃) to anticipate expanding thermal annealing temperature range. And we evaluated the structure and ferroelectricity depending on thermal annealing temperature. We found that its ferroelectricity is improved by thermal annealing temperature below that of VDF(75)/TrFE(25).
