[16p-P6-26] Optical and electrical properties of Bi-doped CH3NH3PbX3(X=I,Br) single crystals

Toward the carrier doping by impurity substitution in metal halide perovskite semiconductors, we fabricated Bi-doped CH3NH3PbX3 (X=I,Br) single crystals. In CH3NH3PbBr3, photoluminescence spectrum shows blue shift by Bi substitution. Resistivity is reduced with an increase of Bi concentration, suggesting that carriers are successfully doped in CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals. In this talk, we will report details of the optical and electrical properties of Bi-doped CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH3NH3PbI3 single crystals.
