[16p-P8-6] Photoconductivity of the ZnO single crystal with H₂O₂ treatment

Time responses of the photocurrent for ultra-violet light and photocurrent spectra of the O-face of the ZnO single crystal substrate with H₂O₂ treatment are described in this work. It is thought that measurement results indicated the decrease of surface state densities near the O-face of the ZnO single crystal substrate by H₂O₂ treatment.
