[16p-P9-58] Development of a Compton camera using a pixelated TlBr detector

We have developed a Compton camera using a TlBr detector, which has capability of room-temperature operation, high energy resolution and high detection efficiency. Signals from the fabricated 3x3 pixelated TlBr detector were digitally processed. Positions and deposited energy in each interaction were derived with signal pulse shape analysis. We reconstruct the distribution of gamma-ray incident direction based on these informations. The reconstructed image agrees with the real source position.
