[16p-P9-61] Well-type Glass GEM detector for proton beam imaging

We have developed Well-type Scintillating Glass GEM detector for proton imaging and measurement. High LET proton is successfully measured with peak-plateau ratio over 4, which is constant as standard ion chamber. In the presentation, the design of detector and experimental results are shown.
