A measurement method of mixture degree in particle dispersions in polymer liquid (such as solid rocket propellant) is proposed in this presentation. A luminance histogram of an X-ray CT image depends on the raw material composition and its inherent brightness (X-ray mass attenuation coefficient). When a difference between the ideal and measured histograms is defined as a mixture degree, it will decrease to a certain small number (or zero ideally) according to the mixing process.
